14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • In the same condition as received, with no damage or alterations.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Note: Custom or made-to-order wallpaper products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@bestwallpaper.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
  • Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@bestwallpaper.store with photos of the issue and your order number. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design or size, contact us at info@bestwallpaper.store. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order wallpapers.
  • Items that have been used, applied, or removed from their original packaging.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
